To become a certified flagger in Montana, you must complete a flagger training program. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state ID or driver鈥檚 license to take the one-day class.

  • The one-day class runs once a month in March
  • Includes training for Low Pressure Steam Boilers and 3rd Class Boiler Operator certification.
  • The class typically runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Cost is typically $99
