Connecting to Campus Wi-Fi as a Student
Welcome! This guide will help you connect to the campus Wi-Fi network, ensuring that you stay connected and have access to all the online resources you need. The instructions are tailored for Windows, macOS, and other devices.
By following these steps, you can quickly and easily connect to the campus Wi-Fi network from any of your devices. Staying connected on campus will ensure you have access to important resources and can stay in touch with classmates and instructors. 1. Connecting to Campus Wi-Fi on Windows
Steps for Connecting on Windows 10/11:
Open Wi-Fi Settings:
- Click on the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray at the bottom right of your screen.
- A list of available networks will appear.
Select the Campus Network:
- Look for the network namedÂ
Student-GFC. - Click on it and then click theÂ
ConnectÌý²ú³Ü³Ù³Ù´Ç²Ô.
- Look for the network namedÂ
Enter Your Credentials:
- When prompted, enter your NetID (e.g.,Â
a12b345). - Use the same password that you use for Canvas and MyMSU At ºÚÁÏÍø911.

OKÌý´Ç°ùÌýConnect.
- When prompted, enter your NetID (e.g.,Â
Complete the Connection:
- After a few moments, you should be connected to theÂ
Student-GFCÌý²Ô±ð³Ù·É´Ç°ù°ì. - You may see a prompt asking if you want to set the network as public or private. SelectÂ
Private if you’re on your personal device.

Steps for Connecting on macOS:
Open Wi-Fi Settings:
- Click on the Wi-Fi icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- A list of available networks will appear.
Select the Campus Network:

- Look for the network namedÂ
