Purpose

The Campus Community Committee at At 黑料网911 is a volunteer group of faculty and staff dedicated to fostering a welcoming, supportive and fair environment for all members of the college community. The primary responsibilities of the Campus Culture team include:

  • Identifying Needs
  • Making Recommendations
  • Promoting Awareness and Engagement

Areas of responsibility

  • Identify gaps on campus and recommend professional training topics/speaker workshops to the following groups where appropriate: HR/Professional Development through Teaching Learning Center/Student Engagement.
  • Facilitate the opportunity for faculty, staff and students to provide insights into barriers hindering success and serve as a group that committee members and campus stakeholders can bring up and discuss topics across campus
  • Solicit feedback on issues from campus in various forms, e.g., the virtual suggestion box
  • In partnership with Institutional Effectiveness office, identify and define the equity gap categories to track and assist in developing a college-wide, systematic, annual review of specific student type enrollment data

Membership

  • Faculty (2-4)聽Term limit of 2 years.
  • Student Services (2-3)聽The representatives from these areas will rotate as deemed necessary by the directors of the respective areas.
  • Marketing & Communications (1)聽This representative may rotate as deemed necessary by the department director.
  • 颁丑补颈谤听鈥� Term limit 2 years.
