Anatomical Models
Anatomical models are available for current students to check out on a first-come-first-served basis. Due to high demand models may not be reserved or renewed. Models are checked out for a 1-day period (example: if you check it out on Monday, it will be due Tuesday by the time the library closes). Models must be returned to a staff member at the circulation desk.听听

Model Waiting List
A waiting list will be created when models are in high demand. When a model becomes available, the next student on the waiting list will be notified and will have 24-hours to pick up the model or to call the library to make pick up arrangements before the next person on the waiting list is called. If you are on the waiting list, you will be contacted by phone. Be sure to have your voicemail box set up and check your messages. The library is not responsible for holding a model for you beyond the 24-hour period after the library calls you about an available model.听听
Fines for Overdue, Damaged or Lost Models
Overdue fines are charged for models that are not returned by the due date. If you cannot return an item on time, please contact the library in advance to make alternate arrangements. Replacement costs are charged for damaged or lost models. Students who return a model with excessive damage will no longer be able to check out models from the library.听听
Replacement costs for models range from $100-1,700 depending on the specific model. To avoid being charged for a model, please return the model on time.听听
