Step 1: Register for an Account
3. Verify Your User Account
Once you have entered your information and clicked Submit on the Get Started section of the login page forÌýEvent Manager, you will receive an email notification from the application so that you can set your password and verify your email address.
- Open the confirmation email fromÌýEvent Manager.
- Click the hyperlink in the confirmation email.
- In the window that appears, enter your desired password underÌýNew Password andÌýConfirm New Password.
- ClickÌýSubmit and Verify. You can now log in.Ìý*Note: Though you can now log in toÌýEvent Manager, you cannot request any events until your membership request(s) have been approved by an Administrator in your organization.
Step 2: Join or Create an Organization
Ìý1. Join an Organization
In order to request an event on the At ºÚÁÏÍø911 campus, you need to be a member of an organization inÌýEvent Manager. ÌýYou will need to request to join an existing organization or submit an organization request. After initial registration, those requests are made from My Profile once you have logged in.

- ClickÌýMy Organizations.Ìý*Note: You can also view the status of any previous membership requests you have made from this page.Ìý

2. Request to Join an Organization
- ClickÌýRequest to Join an Organization.
- Enter the name of yourÌýOrganization.
- To register as a member of more than one organization, clickÌýAdd Another OrganizationÌýand enter the name in the field.Ìý*Note: You can request to be a member of as many organizations as needed.
- ClickÌýRequestÌýto submit your request(s).

3. Create an Organization
- ClickÌýCreate an Organization. This will open the Organization creation form.Ìý*Note: All required fields are indicated with an asterisk.
- Enter theÌýOrganization Name.
- Enter aÌýDescriptionÌýfor the organization.Ìý*Note:ÌýThere is a character limit of 500 characters.
- Enter the organization’s address information underÌýAddress 1,ÌýAddress 2,ÌýCity,ÌýState, andÌýZip.
- Enter the organization’sÌýWebsite, if applicable

6. Provide any financial information that is relevant for the organization
- Select anÌýOrganization Type
- Select theÌýPayment Type.
- Select theÌýInvoice Type.
- Enter the organization’sÌýFEINÌý(Federal Tax ID), if applicable.
- You can enter the organization’s insurance information, if relevant, in theÌýInsurance Company,ÌýPolicy Number,ÌýCoverage Amount, andÌýCoverage ExpirationÌýfields.
- ClickÌýSubmitÌýto complete your request.Ìý*Note: Your Organization request will be reviewed, and you will receive notification once the request has been approved or denied.

Step 3: Request your Space
Once you receive user approval from Event Services, request your space following the instructions here!
Creating an event request
Download instructions here Once you have been approved as a community portal user, you will be able to create an event request. If you have questions about filling out the event form, please contact Toni Quinn at 406.771.2268 or [email protected].- Navigate to
- Click SIGN IN
- Enter your email and password and hit SUBMIT. This will take you to the Community Event Request form.
- Click Create an Event.
- Select yourÌýOrganization.Ìý*Note:ÌýYou will only be able to select Organizations that you have beenÌý.
- Enter an Event Name.
- Add aÌýSummary if you’d like to add more information; otherwise, re-enter Event Name.
- (Optional), check the box next to Add a Full Description. This allows for a longer description of the event.
- ÌýIn the Choose By drop down menu, selectÌýLocation & Time.
- Select the desired Location from the dropdown menu OR click Location SearchÌýin the Locations You’ve Selected panel.

- check the box next to the requested location.
- click Save.
- Enter the number of attendees.
- (Optional) Check the box next to any desiredÌýLocation Features, such as Fixed Projector or Presentation Computer and add a note if desired.Ìý*Note: If a feature is grayed out, it is fixed to the location and cannot be removed.
- Under Check Availability, click Choose Dates
- Choose the date of your event.
- Select the start time of your event by clicking the time on the calendar. Drag the time slot to the end time of your event..Ìý*Note: Any times that are unavailable will show with a block marked Unavailable. This means the time has been booked with another event.
- Only follow this step if your event is more than one day: If your event will repeat, click on the pencil icon next toÌýMultiple-Day Options.Ìý*Note:ÌýThis option will only appear after you have selected a time on the calendar.
- Choose betweenÌýConsecutive DatesÌýandÌýNon-Consecutive Dates.
- If you chose Consecutive Dates, choose how often the event repeats, and when the event series ends. (Default is 5 days) After choosing the event pattern, theÌýEvents in this SeriesÌýwill populate. Any necessary adjustments can be made here before saving, including the event name, date, or time of an individual event.
- If you chose Non-Consecutive Dates, click on the dates on the calendar you need for your event series. Then make any necessary adjustments to date, time, or event name for the individual events.
- Some events may be marked as a Conflict. If this message appears, please contact Event Services.
- ClickÌýSave.
- Do not check All Day option
- Choose Public Event
- Under Category, Select Community Event
- Keywords: Leave Blank
- Tasks: Leave blank
- Contact Information: Enter your full name, phone number, and email address
- Billing Address: If you want it billed to a different address than your organization, choose Custom Address. Otherwise, check Organization’s Address.
- Answer the questions under Additional Information
- After reading the Terms & Conditions, click “I agree’
- Click Submit: this will submit the event request to Event Services, where it will be reviewed and approved. We may call or email you to discuss your event further before approval.
