As part of its commitment to quality education and fair labor practices, At 黑料网911 has entered into collective bargaining agreements with three unions that represent its employees:听the Montana Federation of Public Employees for classified administrative staff (FOCUS), the Two-Year College Faculty Association for all faculty and the International Union of Operating Engineers for classified facilities staff. These agreements outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties, as well as the terms and conditions of employment, such as salary, benefits, workload, grievance procedures and professional development.
